Even more rain
Today we had a caller at school who asked if school in northwest Indiana were closed because of the rain. The secretary said no, to which I replied to them what my Mr. Tenney always said:
"They (the kids) ain't sugar, they won't melt."

That Mr. Tenney had some good sayings. We will have to remember some of them at Christmas time. Tee hee.
Daddy D is known to have said something similar although he might point out that sugar in water is merely dissolving not melting.
